Very lovely building with a superb garden (although it lacked a bbq!) and very good pool. Nice atmosphere as well. Rooms are okay for the price, kitchen is not well equipped and not suitable for cooking proper meals. Beds need to be replaced in my opinion. Bonus for the daily cleaning of the rooms!

Clean friendly and large rooms. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend. It feels like a country setting but very close to town.

I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst attending Scuola Italia in Urbania. Beautiful old house with stunning views and location. Just outside town but a very easy and pleasant walk.||Very comfortable accommodation and facilities with a lovely clear and clean pool - a bit cool in September but a wonderful bonus.||Surprisingly economical.
